1.1. This agreement is a document that must be read by every player who applies for donation services.
1.2. McGamer administration provides free access to the game servers and website.
1.3. User, player - a physical person who has registered on the McGamer server.
1.4. Acceptance of this agreement, as well as the rules of the server between the player and the administration is at the time of registration on the server.
1.5. The server administration provides full access and freedom to play on the server on a free basis.
1.6. Buying goods and donation privileges is not a requirement or condition for playing on the server.
1.7. All items purchased on McGamer.tech are given to the user on the server within 24 hours of purchase.
1.8. There is no time limit on the validity of this agreement. Changes to this agreement shall become effective upon its publication on the website.
1.9. If the user does not agree with any provision of this agreement or feels the likelihood of negative consequences for himself, he is advised to refuse donation services.
1.10. By purchasing donation services, the player automatically confirms familiarization and agreement with the provisions of this agreement and personal data processing policy.

2.1 The owners of the project do not bear any responsibility for damage of moral or material nature, which can cause directly or indirectly, the proposed game server, as well as for any inaccuracies, errors, defects and failures of the site or game server, regardless of the reasons that caused them.
2.2. By purchasing donation services, the player confirms his agreement not to impose responsibility, possible losses and damages associated with the use of the site, or game server, on its owners and administration.
2.3. In case a player causes damage to the project, the administration and owners of the project have the right to demand compensation for the damage and payment of appropriate compensation.
2.4. In case of non-compliance of any provision of these rules with the requirements of the current legislation, it shall be deemed to be replaced by a similar provision of the current legislation. In this case, all other provisions of these rules shall remain in force.
2.5. The administration does not refund money in case of violation of this or that rule by a player, which led to the withdrawal of privileges.

3.1. Refunds are only available if the buyer has not used any of the purchased features and no more than 7 days have passed since the payment was made.

4.1. The services are provided “as is” and the project representatives do not provide any guarantees regarding their provision.
4.2. The administration has the right to withdraw the privilege without explanation and without refunding any money.
4.3. In case of violation of server rules, the privilege and money will not be refunded.
